Covid-19 Safety

In line with government guidance and following my professional bodies’ advice, I have carried out a risk assessment to be able to resume my practice safely and avoid the transmission of Covid-19. The safety and hygiene measures include: 

  • Extra cleaning and hygiene procedures 
  • Maintaining the 2 metre social distancing wherever possible 
  • Use of PPE*  
  • Use of dedicated clothing/uniform for treatments 
  • Increased treatment spacing to allow for ventilation and cleaning between clients 

*Please note that I believe skin-to-skin contact to be essential when giving my treatments and therefore allowed according to current government guidance. I will not be wearing gloves when treating unless you specifically request this.  

Before your appointment: 

I will ask you to complete a short questionnaire that will allow me to conduct a Covid-19 risk assessment and verify that it is safe to proceed with the appointment.  

I will inform you as soon as possible if anything changes in my circumstances to make it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I ask you to do the same.  

Cancellations due to the development of Covid-19 symptoms or the need to self-isolate will not incur a fee. I ask for your understanding in advance if I need to cancel your appointment at short notice. In all other cases, a £30 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
